Enrollment Information
How to Enroll Your Child
Step 1: Complete Application Download and complete our enrollment application with child and family information, emergency contacts, and program preferences.
Step 2: Gather Required Documents
- Child's birth certificate (certified copy)
- Current immunization records
- School enrollment verification
- Proof of income (for sliding scale tuition)
- Emergency contact information
Step 3: Schedule Interview Meet with site coordinator to discuss your child's needs, tour facilities, and complete enrollment process.
Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation Receive enrollment confirmation, tuition information, and start date coordination.
Tuition & Financial Assistance
Sliding Scale Tuition: Based on family income and size
Children's Trust Subsidies: Available for qualifying families
Payment Options: Monthly, weekly, or daily rates available
Payment Methods: Cash, check, money order, Zelle transfer
Financial Assistance Application: Available for families needing support beyond standard sliding scale options.
Waitlist Information
Currently maintaining waitlists at all locations. Priority given to:

Enrollment Questions
What ages do you serve?
We serve children in Kindergarten through 5th grade (typically ages 5-11).
Do you provide transportation?
Transportation is available from select schools. Contact your site coordinator for specific school pickup information.
What if my child has special needs?
We welcome children with disabilities and work with families to provide appropriate accommodations through our partnership with Advocacy Network on Disabilities.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, we offer sliding scale tuition based on family income and Children's Trust subsidies for qualifying families.
Program Questions
What happens when school is closed?
We provide full-day programming on most school holidays and early release days. Check our calendar for specific closures.
Do you provide meals?
We provide nutritious snacks daily during afterschool programs and breakfast, lunch, and snacks during summer camp.
How do you handle homework?
Certified teachers provide dedicated homework assistance and support across all subjects with individual and small group help.
What safety measures do you have?
All staff undergo background checks, facilities are secure with controlled access, emergency procedures are regularly practiced, and we maintain low child-to-staff ratios.
Communication Questions
How do you communicate with parents?
We use multiple methods including daily reports, weekly newsletters, phone calls, text messages, and regular parent conferences.
Can I visit during program hours?
Yes, parents are welcome to visit. Please check in at the front desk and coordinate with site staff for classroom visits.
How do I address concerns?

Health & Safety Questions
What is your sick child policy?
Children with fever, contagious conditions, or who are too ill to participate in activities should stay home. We follow Miami-Dade Health Department guidelines.
How do you handle emergencies?
We have detailed emergency procedures, staff trained in CPR/First Aid, direct communication with emergency services, and comprehensive emergency contact systems.
What about medication administration?
We can administer medications with proper forms, physician instructions, and pharmacy labeling. All medication must be in original containers.
